What is Creatine? Creatine is a molecule that has been talked about a lot from the point of view of its status. Creatine is not on the list of doping products and its sale is authorized. It is made from amino acids. Our body will therefore synthesize it itself through the liver, the kidneys, and the pancreas if it lacks it, or find it directly in food, since it is present naturally, for example, in meat.
What is Creatine used for?
Creatine plays an important role in the production of energy. Creatine produced by our body (liver, kidneys), such as that provided by food or supplementation, is transported by the blood to the muscles where it is stored, after transformation, in the form of creatine phosphate. During muscle exercise, our body's primary source of energy, Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) loses a phosphate group. ATP then becomes ADP (Adenosine Diphosphate). Our body uses creatine phosphate at this time by donating phosphate to ADP. ADP then transforms back into ATP, ready to be used as an energy source by the body. The creatine used is then eliminated in the form of creatinine.
Nitro XPro creatine is therefore a source of energy that is used to make ATP and the more creatine there is in the muscles, the more ATP you can regenerate. The amount of creatine stored in muscle can be increased up to a point but is still limited. By increasing the creatine intake through supplements, we can saturate the muscles which will then have more ATP.

Recommendation for use: on training days: 1-2 capsules 30-60 min. before training, 1-2 capsules after training with a little liquid. Non-workout days: 2-4 capsules with breakfast.

Recommended dosage of creatine for women and men:
Men weighing less than 90 kg: 1-2 capsules per day. Men between 90 and 100 kg: 2-4 capsules per day. Men over 100 kg: 3-4 capsules per day. Women: 1- 2 capsules per day. After 3 months of use, the dose should be halved or dropped to avoid habituation. After about 7-14 days of break, continue the recommended intake.
