Field of application

These terms and conditions apply to all business relations between California Fitness Products SA and its customers, unless otherwise agreed. Any order or delivery is based exclusively on these conditions. They are accepted by the customer at the time of the order, i.e. at the very moment the customer clicks on the corresponding button on the Internet. We reserve the right to modify these general operating conditions, including any appendices, without prior notice.

Under 18s

California Fitness Products does not sell products to persons under the age of 18, unless written consent has been received from a legal representative. By placing an order, the customer certifies that he/she is over 18 years of age.

Ordering and Pricing

There is no minimum order. Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF). We provide our customers with a currency converter table (indicative rate). All our prices include Swiss VAT, i.e. 2.5% or 7.7%. We reserve the right to modify sales prices without prior notice. The prices applied will be those shown on the site on the day the order is placed.

Method of payment

Pay securely with most of today's credit and debit cards. Payment transactions are highly secured by Postfinance Switzerland. Data is secured by SSL encryption. Accepted payment cards are indicated during the payment process. Your credit card account will be debited with the amount of the validated order.

For reasons of data protection, we do not accept credit card data via e-mail. We accept no liability for unauthorized transmission of credit card data.

Scope of delivery and lead times

We deliver to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and most European countries. The choice of carrier is the responsibility of California Fitness Products SA. Items ordered will generally be delivered within 24 to 72 hours (working days) of receipt of payment. The goods are covered in the event of damage during transport to the final delivery address. Once the goods have been delivered, they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Logistics partner and delivery method Swiss Post and/or other partner depending on destination and quantities. Economy or Priority mail. International post for European countries.

Delivery charges

CHF 8.00 Economy rate for Switzerland and Liechtenstein

CHF 19.00 Shipment to Central Europe in Economy (4-9 days)

CHF 35.00 Shipment to Central Europe Priority (3-5 days).

Claims

Upon receipt of the parcel, the customer must immediately check its contents. In the event of defective items or items not conforming to the order, the customer has the right to make a complaint within two days of receipt of the goods. The customer shall inform California Fitness Products by email at info@californiafitnessproducts.com. If California Fitness Products considers that the item ordered does indeed have a defect, the goods may be returned to the supplier, California Fitness Products, together with the invoice, in their original packaging. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer. California Fitness Products will then exchange the defective or faulty item free of charge (including postage). No refunds will be made in the form of cash. In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, California Fitness Products reserves the right to refuse the exchange. If California Fitness Products is held liable, delivery costs will be covered by California Fitness Products upon presentation of proof.

Circumstances and delivery delays

Delays in delivery may be caused by temporary stock shortages or delays in deliveries by our suppliers. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. For delivery delays exceeding 30 days, the customer has the right to cancel the order and the corresponding amount will be reimbursed. The customer will not be entitled to any compensation for late delivery.

Transport damage

If the goods are delivered damaged by the carrier, you should immediately complain to the deliverer of the package and request that a damage report be drawn up immediately. It is the recipient's responsibility to establish the damage. The consignee takes the necessary steps with the post office to register the damage report.
