Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the commercial relations between California Fitness Products SA and its customers, unless otherwise provided. Any order or delivery is based exclusively on these conditions. They are accepted by the customer at the time of the order, namely at the moment the customer clicks on the corresponding button on the internet. We reserve the right to modify these general operating conditions including any possible annexes without notice.

Young under 18

California Fitness Products does not sell any products to persons under the age of 18 unless they have received the written consent of the legal representative. By ordering, the customer certifies that they are older than 18 years.

Order and Sale Price

There is no minimum order required. Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). We provide customers with a currency converter table (indicative rate). All our prices include the VAT in force in Switzerland, i.e. 2.5% or 7.7%. We reserve the right to modify the sales prices without notice. The prices applied will be those appearing on the site on the day the order is registered.

Payment method

Pay securely with most current credit and debit cards. Payment transactions are highly secure by Postfinance Suisse. The data is secured by SSL encryption. The accepted payment cards are indicated during the payment process. Your payment / credit card account will be debited for the amount of the validated order.

Credit card data is not accepted by e-mail for data protection reasons. We are not liable for unsolicited transmissions of credit card data.

Delivery area and deadlines

We deliver to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and most European countries. The choice of carrier is the responsibility of California Fitness Products SA. Items ordered will generally be delivered within 24-72 hours (business days) upon receipt of payment. The goods are covered in the event of damage during transport to the final delivery address. After delivery, the goods are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Logistics and delivery partner Swiss Post and / or other partner depending on destination and quantities. Economy or Priority postage. International post for European countries.

CHF 19.00 Shipping to Central Europe in Economy (4-9 days)

CHF 35.00 Shipping to Central Europe by Priority (3-5 days).

Complaints

Upon receipt of the package, the customer must immediately check the contents of the package. In the event of defective or non-compliant items, the customer has a two-day right to complain upon receipt of the goods. The customer will inform California Fitness Products by email at info@californiafitnessproducts.com. If California Fitness Products considers that the item ordered is indeed defective, the goods may be returned to the supplier California Fitness Products, accompanied by the invoice, in their original packaging. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. California Fitness Products will then exchange the defective or incorrect item free of charge (including shipping costs). No refund will be made in the form of cash. In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, California Fitness Products reserves the right to refuse the exchange. When California Fitness Products is responsible, the delivery costs are covered by California Fitness Products upon presentation of proof.

Circumstances and delay in delivery

Delays in delivery may be caused by a momentary shortage of stock or delays in deliveries from our suppliers. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. For delivery delays exceeding 30 days, the customer is entitled to cancel his order and the corresponding amount will be refunded. No compensation for delay will be granted to the customer.

Damage during transport

In the event that the goods are delivered damaged by the carrier, make an immediate complaint to the deliverer of the package and demand the immediate establishment of a report noting the damage. The establishment of the damage is the responsibility of the recipient. The latter takes steps with the post office to register the damage report.
