HOW TO TAN
Week Before Contest
Bathe with Jan Tana Skin Prep daily to Exfoliate Skin.
Bath with Jan Tana Skin Prep, pat dry lightly and spray on Jan Tana Green Away.
Apply Green Away under arms to keep you fresh, since you CANNOT use deodorant.
Let Green Away dry. Generously spray ONE application of Hi-Def Color for a Base Tan.
DO NOT APPLY ULTRA 1 UNTIL THE DAY OF CONTEST!
Morning Of Competition
Spray On One application of Jan Tana Ultra 1 Color.
*BODYBUILDERS & WOMEN’S PHYSIQUE CAN APPLY TWO APPLICATIONS.
Backstage
To cover tattoos and imperfections, apply Jan Tana Tattoo Cover. Then blend Hi-Def or Ultra 1 Color around the covered area.
Apply Jan Tana Glaze to Highlight Physique. (DO NOT apply glaze over tattoo cover.)
Spray glaze in palm. Rub palms together warming glaze, then smooth over body following the contour of each muscle. Dispense glaze again for each body part.

- DO NOT apply any other tanning products before or after applying Jan Tana Color. Tanning in a tanning bed is not necessary.
- DO NOT use oils, pam cooking spray or any other products over your Jan Tana color. They may contain petroleum and will make your color run!
- DO NOT apply deodorant Before or After applying Color. Deodorant will raise the skin’s pH and turn your arm pits green.
