PRO 5 is a unique synergistic complex formula that allows a prolonged continuous supply of multiple proteins. Thanks to its mixture, with precise proportions, of 5 distinct protein sources, benefit from the best of each specificity of protein sources.

Whey protein concentrate and Whey protein isolate are used during the first two hours after absorption. The isolated soy protein supports muscle building from the third hour.

Finally, the most slowly absorbed calcium casein and egg white albumin take over from the fourth hour.

It is not only the blend of 5 proteins that makes PRO 5 the best multi-protein supplement but also the specific proportions of its unique combination.

PRO 5 allows the continuous assimilation of 5 ideal protein sources.

Can be consumed to replace a meal. Pro 5 is also recommended for taking at night, one hour before bedtime, as it contains casein for extended protein delivery while you rest.

Manual: Take 2 to 3 times a day 2 measures of Pro 5 with 2.5 to 3 dl of water or milk, preferably between meals and before going to bed in the evening. Ingredients. Vanilla: protein whey concentrate, protein milk (with lecithin emulsifier sunflower), protein isolate whey, (with emulsifier: lecithin soy), protein isolate soy, white proteinegg, aroma, sweetener: sucralose. Chocolate: protein milk,  protein isolate of whey, (with emulsifier: lecithin soy), protein whey concentrate, cocoa (heavily defatted), protein isolate soy, white proteineggpowder cream, aroma, sweetener: sucralose.

Use: 2 to 3 measures 2 times a day in 3 to 4 dl of water, preferably between meals and before going to bed. Can also be used to replace a meal as part of a diet for example.
