7-Day Cleanse Pack is a body cleansing formula with natural ingredients including Psyllium

SUGGESTED USE: Do not exceed recommended dose. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use this product for more than one week.

FOR OCCASIONAL USE ONLY: 1 sachet taken at bedtime with 3 dl of water or as directed by a healthcare professional.
SHORT TERM CLEANSE PROGRAM: 1 sachet with 250 ml of water 3 times daily for up to 7 days or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For best results, take 1 sachet in the morning, 1 sachet in the afternoon and 1 sachet at bedtime.

Do not repeat the cleansing program for at least 6-8 weeks. This product should be taken in conjunction with a sensible diet, rich in fresh fruits and vegetables, and 2 dl of water eight times a day.

Warnings

This product contains Cape aloe (Aloe ferox), cascara sagrada, and senna leaf. This product should be consumed with at least a full glass of liquid. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Do not use this product if you have difficulty swallowing. This product is not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women or children under 18 years of age. Do not use this product if you have abdominal pain, diarrhea, or loose stools. Rectal bleeding, abdominal cramping, and/or inability to have a bowel movement after using a laxative formula may be a sign of a more serious condition. In this case, or if you have a known medical condition and are taking medication, consult your doctor before taking this or any dietary supplement. Keep out of reach of children.
